Why do you offer two types of guidance?+
Every buyer is different. Some want support with shortlisting properties and viewings, while setting their own pace. Others simply do not have the time and prefer to entrust the entire process to an expert, from the initial idea to buying furniture. Our two services cater to all these needs, without compromising our commitment to independent advice.
When do I pay the fee for Select or All-in?+
The fixed fee for Select or All-in is payable after the initial consultation, before we begin the active search and any off-market approaches in Spain. This secures the dedicated time we set aside exclusively for you.
What does the 75% refund with All-in cover?+
When you successfully purchase a property through us, we generally receive a fee from the seller or developer in our role as an independent estate agent. As your initial fee covered the property search, we refund 75% of that fee to you when the transfer is completed before the notary. This keeps everything transparent.
